Trainer, Dan Devos started his career by learning to train his own dog, FTCH/AFTCH Gahonk’s Leave it to Jessie. Traveling across North America and learning from other professionals such as D.L. Walters and Rex Carr, Dan perfected his training program.

Dan has placed Field Champion titles on numerous dogs and bitches, including winning the Canadian National in 2003 and 1998. Dan also trained both the dog and handler that won the Canadian National in 1999, and has been a finalists at many Canadian Nationals. He has also worked with his clients to help them achieve Amateur titles.

Dan’s wife Gloria earned her masters degree in Behavior Science, and puts the starting foundation on all the young dogs – from obedience to field basics.

Working together, Dan and Gloria have put together a successful, consistent and flexible program that gives handlers and their dogs the knowledge and experience to run with confidence.
