Breeding deposit: On arrival, the first $200.00 non-refundable portion of the stud fee is required.  

 

ELECTION BY GUNNER'S OWNER OF PICK OF LITTER IN LIEU OF STUD FEE_____________________________

 

CONDITIONS OF SERVICE:

         Prior to breeding, documentation of OFA or OVC certification, a CERF certificate, Registration Certificate, and Negative Brucellosis certificate (dated within 10 days of breeding) are required.  In addition, complete vaccinations including kennel cough, and general health certificates are required.

 

          If any diagnostic testing is deemed necessary (i.e. vaginal smears, progesterone tests or artificial insemination) this cost will be the responsibility of the owner of the bitch. This cost will be payable upon the pickup of the bitch after completion of the BREEDING EFFORT.

 

         A copy of this agreement with the copies of Gunner’s Registration Certificate, OFA certificate, CERF certificate, will be supplied when the bitch is picked up.

 

         If the bitch fails to be in whelp (pregnant), the owner must notify Gunner’s owner no later than seventy (70) days after the date of the first breeding date, or 1 week after the pups were expected. If desired, Gunner will provide a RETURN SERVICE at no charge; however, a current Brucellosis Test is again required and the certificate produced prior to the breeding.  Any vet costs or transport costs associated with this second breeding will be the responsibility of the owner of the bitch.  If the bitch changes ownership, the right of FULL RETURN SERVICE is at the option of Gunner’s owner.

 

            The owner of the bitch is responsible for the transportation to and from the place of breeding and any and all associated costs. There will be an additional charge for a pickup and delivery from any airport.

 

            If there is a request for frozen and/or chilled semen, this effort and cost will be solely negotiated with Gunner’s owner.

 

            Gunners’ owner stipulates that A litter is considered three (3) or more puppies; anything less than three puppies is billed at $400.00 per puppy. If a puppy is to be received in lieu of the stud fee, the choice will be made at the 6th week of the puppy’s life.

 

            The balance of the stud fee $600 is due upon the presentation of the litter registration form. The form will not be signed until the stud fee balance is paid full. If the agreement was based on the receipt of a puppy in lieu of the stud fee, the litter registration form will be signed upon possession of the puppy.
